Wouter Huyghe is a creative copywriter at Prophets. After Hours, Wouter founded Kaffefabrik, a micro coffee roasting entity based in Mechelen. Wouter’s passion for coffee started by drinking it, grew by learning how to make it and then grew even more by roasting it himself. Kaffefabrik was born 1,5 years ago. The assortment coffee covers 2800KAFFE (a homemade blend) and a range of single origins as well as Kaffezjatten, a collection of coffee mugs.
