Manuel Ostyn worked as an art director for Duvalguillaume, LDV United and mortierbrigade before becoming creative director at Wunderman Antwerp.

He has won many awards and lost countless more. When not in endless meetings or juries he takes the lead on clients such as Telenet, Danone, National Lottery, Scooore!, Child Focus, Stimorol, AG Insurance, Lunch Garden, De Singel, Black & Decker and VAB.

Manuel about his challenge in the board: "If there is one element that will remain constant, it is creativity. The continually and ever-faster evolving media/market will always need creativity to make the difference. Even the most innovative platforms or retargeting algorithms, which are initially pure creativity, will eventually get saturated and need fresh creative refills. Creativity is strangely very traditional, simply because it is inherently innovative. A craft with a future, prepared for ‘the next generation."
