SKILLS

You are proactive, a problem solver and a planner who is always thinking ahead.

You have excellent spreadsheet skills, good research skills and attention to detail.

You are a flexible, dynamic, communicative, stress resistant and positive person.

You have the ability to work independently as you are part of a small team.

You are a self-starter, who isn’t afraid of being given responsibility of working solely on a project when necessary.

You are fluent in Dutch, English and French.
 

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for the office support and administration.

You manage the administration, including invoices and database.

You help develop tools to maximize the organization’s efficiency.

You are well organized and efficient.

You are standy to assist on any project the team needs your support on (social media, website, events,...).
 

OFFER

We offer a part-time contract of minimum 64 hours per month.

We are flexible in our way of working, partial telework is possible.

Our office is based in Berchem (Antwerp).
