After 8 years as Creative Director at Duval Guillaume, Jens founded the independent agency mortierbrigade in 2004, with three partners in crime.

With offices in Brussels and Ghent, they serve and protect clients like ING Bank, The National Lottery, KIA cars, Brussels Public Transport MIVB, Humo Magazine, De Standaard Newspaper, Getty Images, and many others.

Since their existence mortierbrigade won about 150 CCB awards, 25 Cannes Lions, including Titanium, and about 30 Eurobest Awards, including three Grand Prix.

Jens has been president of Creative Belgium since 2007 .
