Let's take a closer look at why creatives need to step up and take back the creative industry before the numbers guys fucks it up more than it already is.
With almost 30 years of experience inside the big corporate networks Per Pedersen joined forces with a motley crew of free spirited creatives to form a new kind of global network: by The Network. They are 100% owned by creatives and that makes all the difference. They are now a year and a half and Per wil share what kind of mischief they have been up to since they started the journey, and he'll tell everyone to find the courage to escape the corporate grinder and run things themselves.

ABOUT PER PEDERSEN
Founder and Global Creative Chairman at by The Network.
Per Pedersen has won 500+ awards including more than 150 Cannes Lions. He started as his native country Denmark’s first creative Planner but transitioned into creative director. He was the co-founder of creative hot-shop Uncle Grey - the highest ranking creative agency in Denmark.
In 2009 he became CCO of Grey Germany, then Global ECD in Grey New York before taking a global creative leadership role as Deputy Worldwide CCO in 2014. Since 2017 Global Creative Chairman of Grey Worldwide. Currently building a new global network of the world’s most creative independent agencies.
