° In 2017, Lauwri De Pater and Tessa Persoons founded the graphic design agency Lobster after years of experience at larger agencies. As a small-scale design studio, they apply a concept-driven approach and attach great importance to close collaborations with clients. In 2022, they won a Creative Belgium Award for design craft. During this Lab, they will share their insights on the specific challenges small agencies face in award submissions and the impact of winning a design award.
° Marie Van den Broeck started her design company My Add On as a student entrepreneur. She designs innovative products that make the daily lives of less mobile people better, such as smart add-ons for wheelchairs, crutches and rollators. She won a Henry van de Velde Award in 2019 with her first product MySleeve and a second Henry van de Velde Award in 2023 with MyBlanket.
° Peter Ampe is CCO FamousGrey. In his exceptional career he collected no less than 14 Effie Awards, 43 Golden Lions at Cannes and many many Creative Belgium Awards.
