After 8 years as Creative Director at Duval Guillaume, Jens Mortier founded the independent agency mortierbrigade in 2004, with three partners in crime.

They serve and protect clients like Belgian Defense, Crelan Bank, The National Lottery, VDAB, Brussels Public Transport MIVB, Brussels Mobility, Humo Magazine, De Morgen Newspaper, and many others.

Since 2021 they are part of the expert collective 62MILES.

mortierbrigade was elected Agency of the Decade in 2020, and recently Agency of the Year in 2022 and 2023. Media Marketing named them Agency of the Century. They won about 200 CB awards, over 30 Cannes Lions, including Titanium, and about 30 Eurobest Awards, including three Grand Prix.

Jens has been president of Creative Belgium from 2007-2023 and is honorary president since 2023.
